Process

You reach out, I confirm availability, and we talk through your vision, priorities, and what matters most. This is about alignment; you should feel confident and comfortable with the person documenting your day.

If everything sounds good, I’ll send over your package details, contract, and invoice to make it official.

Once your contract is signed and a 20% retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved. We’ll schedule your engagement session and begin planning.

I’ll check in throughout the process, offer timeline guidance, vendor recommendations if needed, and help finalize details about six weeks out.
I often encourage my couples to come to our home in Schuylerville for a planning session and dinner. Drew is a really good cook.

I’ll document the full emotional spectrum of the day, the quiet moments, the chaos, the joy, the completely unhinged dance floor energy, all without pulling you out of it.

You’ll receive a preview gallery within one week. Your full gallery arrives within eight weeks: hundreds of carefully edited images designed to be revisited for decades. Film negatives are available to be sent back to you to treasure, or I can archive them in my home office
